Face Fit Safety can provide quantitative training, and can offer portacount hire enabling you to manage your own face fit testing requirements.
We can provide either a TSI 8030 or the latest TSI 8048 with all the accessories and adaptors required.
Portacounts are hired on a weekly basis, or on a longer term monthly basis. Machines will only be hired to companies who have been trained by Face Fit Safety Ltd to ensure they are used correctly. If you do not have trained operatives, we can provide a bespoke training and hire package.
TSI 8030 portacount
- Utilises fitpro+ software
- Can be used in stand alone mode, or can be used connected to a laptop, tablet or desktop PC
- Test any FFP3 disposables, or reusable half or full face masks
- Windows tablet available to hire with fitpro+ software pre-installed, as well as all accessories and consumables: particle generator, probes, probing kit, isopropyl alcohol etc.
TSI 8048 portacount
- Utilises latest fitpro ultra software
- Must be used with laptop, tablet or desktop PC
- includes N95 companion technology, which means it can test all tight fitting respirator types (including FFP1 and FFP2, as well as FFP3, reusable half mask and full face mask).
- Windows tablet available to hire with fitpro ultra software pre-installed, as well as all accessories and consumables: particle generator, probes, probing kit, isopropyl alcohol etc.
